Vinha da Neve
Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve White presents an elegant aroma, full of mineral notes, with notes of ripe fruit and light toasted notes. Very good mouth structure, offset by excellent lemonade acidity and a very long finish. The harvest took place in early September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were cooled before crushing and were cold macerated in the press and then pressed. The alcoholic fermentation was initiated in stainless steel and finished in new French oak barrels. The wine aged in barrel for six months and two months after bottling before leaving to market.
