After a careful selection at the entrance of the winery, the grapes were vinified with 100% stalks, in granite winery and footprints. The Redoma 2015, made the malolactic fermentation and staged for 22 months in old barrels. 18 732 bottles were bottled in July 2017. The Redoma 2015 shows a very austere aroma and full of personality. Deeply mineral and complex, it is very expressive in the notes of wild fruit and floral, all in full harmony with the aroma of spices and slight toast of the stage in barrel. Although very young, it is very integrated and concentrated in the mouth, with a very present freshness. The stuck notes, essential for austerity and freshness in a classic Douro, support the enormous structure and volume of the mouth, providing a very long, fine finish with a very present acidity. In a year like 2015, where concentration and acidity are remarkable, we are certain that it will evolve very well in the bottle.
