100% destemming, temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation. Aging in stainless steel vats, 10 months in French oak barrels and 8 months in bottle. It presents a solid color, enveloping aroma with exotic nuances, firm enveloping tannins and good complexity. Contains Sulfites.
