Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation.
