Moscatel Galego Tinto
Quinta do Portal
Manual vintage transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Temperature controlled at 20-22 ° C. Aged at least 7 years after harvest, this wine is then bottled every year. The Moscatel Reserva at Quinta do Portal ages in old oak casks, in the style of old Tawnies. Auburn in color, this wine presents aromas of green pear and apple, and a caramelized one without ever leaving elegance. Notes of almond and other nuts appear to complex the aromatic profile. Excellent sugar / acidity balance, which gives us fresh and citrusy sensations on the one hand and on the other the complexity of wines aged in old wood. Contains sulfites.
