Quinta do Noval

This wine is fermented in stainless steel vats for 15 days, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged entirely in French oak barrels for 10 months, 40% in new barrels. This wine has an opaque, dense and dark color. The bouquet is enhanced by intense blueberries and raspberries, dough, pastry and spices. Reveals mineral notes, with touches of well integrated barrel of dark chocolate. Excellent tannins and subtlety. Contains Sulfites.
