Quinta do Gradil

Pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC. The aging took place in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 24 months. Made from the Semillon and Alvarinho varieties, it is a wine different from the established standards, which does not follow rules or conventions, imposing, but at the same time elegant and subtle. Contains sulfites.
