Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature (15º - 17º C) for two months. Stage in batonnage for 3 months. Citrine golden wine, with the aroma of mineral notes of fresh fruits. In the mouth is a very soft and fresh wine, with long and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany white meat dishes and salads. Contains Sulfites.
