Wine made with grapes from the Baga variety. The fermentation took place in small open mills was interrupted with the addition of brandy, distilled in alembic charentais by the technique of double distillation. Allied to the caste that gave rise to it, the quality of the brandy was decisive in the excellence of the final product. Contains sulfites.
