Hand picked grapes are rigorously selected before being foot-stepped in temperature controlled granite granulators over a period of 10 days. For 17 months, malolactic fermentation and wine aging occurs in French oak barrels. Wine very concentrated in color, with expressive and elegant aroma dominated by notes of wild fruits and stems well combined with wood. The palate is full and balanced, very silky, fresh and intense. Very long finish.
