After a refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes were entered in the cellar and were gently pressed to stainless steel vats where they decanted in the cold for approximately 24 hours. Fermentation occurred at low temperatures in stainless steel where it was kept in the fermentation lees until the date of bottling. The harvest shows the fresh and balanced character of the wine year. Aroma fresh, delicate and markedly mineral. Good notes of fresh fruit, citrus and some exotic fruit. In the mouth, enveloping and very elegant, with a good acidity, it is fresh and refreshing. The finish of the mouth leaves good citrus and mineral notes. A very balanced white, with presence but without regret. Perfect for the most diverse occasions. Contains Sulfites.
