The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel, with 25% of stalks and the period of contact between the solid and liquid part, lasted for 5 weeks, in a delicate process, with a very light maceration with little extraction. Turris aged for 20 months in two 1,000-liter kites, over 60 years old. The wine was bottled without glue or filtration. The young and intense color, slightly open, leads to a deep, markedly mineral and crystalline aroma. Impresses by purity and finesse, with red, fresh fruit, and a spring floral. In the mouth it is fresh, silky but with great tension. The combined elegance of minerality and tannic structure shows a unique complexity. This wine particularly prizes for the long finish, a wine that is "chewed" without being heavy and that allows us to taste the old.
