Selection of grapes in boxes of 25 kg, where the grapes were pressed gently and the must decanted for about 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in 228L and 550L French oak barrels, 50% of which were new barrels. During the 12 months of aging in the barrel, Coche partially did the malolactic fermentation. The coach is fresh, light, elegant and persistent. Aromatically balanced, with some barrel notes well integrated in a granitic mineral profile combined with citrus notes and white spices. In the mouth it is deep, fresh, with good structure without weighing, very precise, with a complex and slightly salty finish. Decanting advisable. Contains sulfites.
