Quinta do Mondego
Manual harvest at optimum maturation point. Soft pressing and crushing. Fermentation in French oak barrels of 500 Liters (60% new). 6 months with soft batonnage in the same barrels and gentle filtration before bottling. Citrus greenish color, elegant and fresh bouquet, mixing citrus, apple, pear and minerals with the notes of wood. In the mouth confirms this profile, revealing a full-bodied wine, with a distinct and sober fruit and a very delicate acidity.
