Manual harvesting in small boxes. Fermentation in barrels of raw Portuguese oak. It was aged in new Portuguese oak barrels for 6 months.Beautiful straw colored citrus. On the nose is full and complex, it is very fresh, with pear and quince notes and nuances of vanilla. With very well integrated wood, as it opens in the glass release more aromas, making it very rich and interesting. In the mouth it is very tasty, rich and complex, with fruit very present, like pear and some quince, contrasting with flavors tannins. It presents a good balance between structure and acidity, is harmonious and very expressive. With a long and persistent finish, because of its freshness, it promises longevity.
