Quinta do Vale Meão
After crushing the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot walking for four hours in granite winches. The wort is transferred to small capacity vats with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. This wine aged in second and third year barrels of 225 liters of French Allier oak. It aged for 14 months in second and third year barrels. Excellent color, very lively. Floral aromas combined with red and wild fruits. It fills in the mouth with intense notes of fruit, showing a prolonged end of mouth very fresh and complex.
