The wine fermented in second-grade oak barrels for a month. After the preparation of the base wine for sparkling wine, we proceed to bottling. Inside the bottle occurred the second fermentation during the legal period to be DOC Bairrada - 9 months. 500 bottles will be stored on the sludge to be sold after 2 or 3 years, in order to develop the aging aromas of these two noble grape varieties.
