Fermentation and stage on fine lees in French oak barrels.Manual winemaking, aging for 36 months in 225-liter oak casks and aging for 24 months in bottle. Intense golden color, intense and complex aroma. Reveals fragrances of citrus fruits, white peach, honey and dried fruits with a touch of toast. Unctuous, full-bodied, silky palate. Excellent acidity and a very long finish.
