Malolactic fermentation in barrel and later stage 12 months in new barrels and 12 months in used barrels. Dishes rich in seasoning, baked or stuffed. Soft cheeses. Serve at 16ºC. Ready to drink right now, it will evolve well in the bottle over 15 years.
