Giz by Luis Gomes
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. After fermentation in the bottle, a 28-month reservoir was added. 840 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral traces. Toast and brioche notes add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
