The wine, base of the sparkling wine, is vinified caste to caste, resulting in alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature. The second fermentation occurs at the bottom of the large alqueva lake at 30m depth with constant temperature and total absence of light for 9 months. Longevity of 2 to 3 years. Elaborated from 4 breeds, celebrating the 4 generations Ervideira, it staged during 9 months in bottle, in the bottom of the biggest lake of Europe, the Alqueva. It is a Citrus Sparkling, releasing a fresh and fine aroma. In the mouth reveals a thin, persistent and very elegant bubble.
