Fermentation took place during 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine staged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, during 9 months, with "batonnage". Great intensity of color, it presents an excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant wine, fresh and with a long finish of mouth.
