Chão da Quinta
Chão de São Francisco
Chão was the denomination that the ancestors gave to a plot of land for cultivation in the Dão region. The expression of character of the Encruzado variety is well esteemed in this wine. Partially staged in French oak barrels with soft batonnage, it has a citrus color with straw reflections. It reveals a very elegant and exquisite aroma with notes of linden, orange blossom and light lemonade. In the mouth expresses well-designed structure, refined balance, with fresh acidity and elegant minerality and a long and persistent finish.
