Produced from a single breed, Touriga Nacional. Of intense garnet color with notorious violaceous tones. Aroma intense and complex, the fruits of the forest, ripe red fruits and jelly are well known. It also has floral notes and notes of spices. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, well structured and with noticeable final persistence. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
