Intense citrus color with abundant greenish tones. Aroma dry apricot, exotic woods, toasted cereal, toasted beans and vanilla. In the mouth it is complex, elegant, harmonious and with long persistence. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, where only the flôr wort was used. The clarification was natural and the alcoholic fermentation occurred at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum 24 months in basement and 3 months in bottle.
