Manual harvesting, in boxes of 20kg, of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Amarela, followed by 100% destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. 100% of the batch aged in French oak barrels for 48 months. Dishes with an intense flavor, such as traditional Portuguese cuisine, cow cheeses or hard paste sheep. Ready to drink right now, it will evolve well in the bootle over at least 8 or 10 years.
