Harvest in 25 kg plastic boxes. Pressing the grapes and settling for 48 hours at a controlled temperature of 10ºC. Fermentation in a vat at a temperature of 14ºC. Stage in stainless steel vat with weekly batonnage of fine lees. Bright greenish yellow color, aromatic notes of white stone fruit, good volume in the mouth, concentration, with balanced acidity and a long and fresh finish. Contains Sulfites.
