This wine has a citrus color with light wire tones. Red fruit nuances and candied fruit, predominant in notes of spring flowers and citrus flowers. In the mouth it is fruity, crisp freshness, distinct volume of mouth and long persistence. Harvest the grapes in boxes of 20 kg, whole grape for the press, from where the grape is used. The clarification is natural and the alcoholic fermentation occurs at 15ºC. Minimum stage of 2 months in bottle.
