Esporão Torre Red

Aged for 18 months in new barrels and second-use barrels, with a capacity of 500 liters of French oak and 5000 liter vats. At least 3 years of aging in the bottle followed. Dense almost opaque. Complex and concentrated aroma with hints of blue berry fruit combined with hints of bitter chocolate liqueur, licorice and some fresh mint. Very well integrated spice and barrel notes. In the mouth it is deep, compact, creamy, dense and precise, with a satin texture, long finish and full of character .

Esporão Colheita White

The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, under conditions of micro-oxygenation unique to this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Citrus fruit, especially lemon, with hints of white fruit and some green leaf.

Esporão Colheita Red

Co-fermentation of the different varieties in concrete vats, at controlled temperatures (22-25ºC), followed by malolactic fermentation. In concrete vats, for 6 months, where the micro-oxygenation conditions, unique to this type of deposit, respect and enhance the wine’s character, followed by aging in the bottle for a minimum of 4 months. Clear appearance, ruby color. Blue fruit notes, spice and mineral nuances. Fresh, balanced and direct palate, with a silky texture where the purity of red fruit predominates, with an intense and vibrant finish. Contains sulfites.

Esporão Reserva 5L Red

Esporão Reserva Red was separated from each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and small mills with temperatures. Intense and fruity aroma of ripe raspberries and cherries in harmony with very discreet notes of the brief barrel stage. Wide mouth with tannins soft and voluminous with a very fresh and enveloping finish. Unfiltered wine, subject to aging deposit, pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels. After bottling another 8 months of bottle aging followed. Classic wine, obtained solely from Herdade do Esporão grapes, shows the consistency and rich and typical character of the best Alentejo wines. Clear, dense and opaque color. Textured body and good tannic expression. Shows intensity and muscle, guessing good bottle potential. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Reserva Red was separated from each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and small mills with temperatures. Intense and fruity aroma of ripe raspberries and cherries in harmony with very discreet notes of the brief barrel stage. Esporão Canto do Zé Cruz Red

Esporão Canto do Zé Cruz: Fermentation with controlled temperatures (25ºC), in fermentative broken vat. It aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, followed by another 24 months in bottle, before going to market. Vivid and concentrated color. Black currant notes combined with some dried vegetable, which broadens the notion of freshness and seriousness. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Reserva Magnum Red

Esporão Red Reserve was separated from each caste, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in vats and small stainless steel mills with controlled temperatures, pressing, followed by the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. It aged for 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels. After the bottling followed another 8 months of bottling. Classic wine, obtained only from grapes of the Herdade do Esporão, shows the consistency and the rich and typical character of the best Alentejo wines. Clear, dense and opaque. Textured body and good tannic expression. Shows intensity and muscle, guessing good bottle potential. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Late Harvest White

Experimental wine resulting from the restlessness of the winemakers, the Late Harvest of the Herdade do Esporão defies the laws established for the hot and sunny region of the Alentejo. Produced according to the method of the sweet wines of the region of Sauternes, with grapes of the Semillon caste that reach overdilation and dehydration in our vineyard. The result is a wine of high concentration, richness and complexity. Crystalline appearance, golden color, floral notes, tangerine and some orange peel, mixed with notes of candied fruit. Rich and unctuous texture with notes of citrus and toasted almond. Palate balanced with a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Verdelho White

Esporão Verdelho White: Pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats, centrifugation, stabilization, filtration. Varietal characteristic, the fruity notes of passion fruit, mandarin and lime are present. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and intense, with mineral notes and a long and delicate finish. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Duas Castas White

Esporão 2 Castas: Moderate press in pneumatic press, static decanting of the must, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC, stage on the fine lees, filtration. Clear appearance, citrus color. Citrus fruits with notes of fresh lichen and vegetable notes that evoke the leaf of the lemon tree. Contains Sulfites.
