Pre-destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Gentle pressing to separate the must from the films properly protected from oxidation. Static settling at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of the different varieties together in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Bottling after aging for about 6 months in stainless steel vats. Citrus yellow color, aromatically intense and fresh. Notes of citrus, tropical fruits and even a mineral component. In the mouth balanced acidity, a dry attack, and good volume. The intensity of flavors is dominated by the freshness of citrus fruits and minerality.
