Pre-destemming and smooth crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for about six days with several pump reassemblies. Soft pressing, malolactic fermentation made in stainless steel vats10% of the batch aged in French oak barrels used for 12 months. Slight filtration before bottling. Deep ruby red color, aromatically rich with red fruits, flowers, menthol and a touch of minerality. In the mouth good acidity, round tannins, medium body and an aroma of ripe fruit mouth with a floral touch. Elegant and long finish. Wine of great gastronomic vocation.
